Define your requirement
Know what you need is key to a successful project. We can help to define the requirement base on your ideas or we can help to refine your requirement.
What important is to focus your ultimate goal, differentiate the wants and needs so you can save money on unseful thing, have your product ready to market in shortest time, get feedbacks from your users and improve it then.

Get our free quote
We may need to ask some questions or we can work on the proposal if your requirement is clear.
Within 2 or 3 days we will send you:
- Refined list of features
- Details estimation, total time and cost
- Technical platform, tools and open source we use
- Plan for after service support and transfer
Review budget and time
We do have flexibility and we understand you have specific strategy using your product.
At this step we discuss to set priorities for features of your product. Some should be extended, some should be simpler and some can be put into another phase.
Make the first demo
Within next 1 or 2 weeks we create a demo with basic and core feature(s).
We take this chance to demonstrate our capacities. During this time you know how we work, communicate and resolve issues.
The demo is a simple form of your product that you will know if your expectation will meet if continue working with us.
Reward us the contract
It is time for you to decide. After 1 or 2 weeks work together on the first demo you know how we work and the demo may also help you to understand the product better.
With the prototype you can try, and the collaborating experience we know all inside out and you have all certainties to decide.
Update/validate against requirement
When contract is sign, the SOW is defined.
After each demo, we update the requirement to reflect our progress and/or add changes, add details for unclear points.
Implement and report progress
We use Teamware to mange projects. You will have visibility about milestones, tasks, even our internal communication and effort.
With Teamware, we provide you daily report of project progress and encourage you to provide answers questions, upload materials, file bugs and manage issues with us.
Weekly demo
The demo shows progress and sometimes help us explain a technical point easier.
You know project progress via Teamware and you see achievemnts in the demo. You can find out early illogically or unuseful things and change/remove them so we do not waste money and time.
Recieve feedback
Our demo is meaningful only if you provide feedback. Our agile development process relies on feedbacks to move the project.
From demo to demo, feedbacks will be less Q/As and more checked points that is we take one big step each week to the success of our project.
